The seller knew it but he really wanted to try and sell for a higher price. It was also off our peak selling season. We discussed it at great length but the seller was really insistent. What they neglected to tells us was that they were interested in building up Realtor.com as an asset.

 

Who here remembers when NAR sold Realtor.com?

Did anyone receive a residual check for the purchase of Realtor.com?

by Morgan Stanley.
